Just 45 minutes drive inland lies the aptly named “Paradise Valley” where the beach breaks give way to beautiful blue water pools and fascinating rock formations. The trip is well worth it to enjoy an easy hike, refreshing swims, and even cliff jumping for the more adventurous—all among some of the most beautiful scenery in Morocco.

In Morocco we pride ourselves on our local Hammams. They are beautiful small spas where locals and visitors alike can relax whilst experiencing a wonderful variety of cleansing and massaging treatments. You can choose from a more traditional, local experience, or you can splash out on a more luxury massage with oils and mud masks.

If you want to experience the amazing surroundings of Taghazout by yourself, there’s no better way than hiring a car. You can drive to one of the awesome surf spots nearby any time, visit the nearby towns and cities like Immesouane or Essaouira, or even go up into the mountains for some incredible views of this beautiful area of Morocco.
Enjoy a delicious snack or drink at Aftas Restaurant—also owned by the Hash Point Surf Camp family—with everything from delicious vegetarian burgers, to sizzling fish fresh from the day’s catch, tasty pizzas, and their famous chocolate mousse.
One of the great cultural experiences in Morocco is to walk among the incredibly colourful market stands. From foods and spices, to lanterns and cloths, and even an eccentric collection of animals, you will be intrigued at every turn. If you’re not afraid to have a bit of fun haggling, you’ll get some great prices too! There is a local food market just 5 minutes drive away, plenty of souvenir shops right here in Taghazout, and a big souk to explore in Agadir.
The sleepy, charming village of Taghazout is the perfect place to unwind and hit the beach either before or after exploring some of the wonderful Moroccan cities nearby. Around 2 hours to the north lies Essaouira, a beautiful old city with a walled fortress and a harbour filled with colourful fishing boats. The bustling capital city of Morocco, Marrakech, is about 3 hours drive from Taghazout, and the central Medina is an amazing place to explore.
