From November on we are offering daily yoga classes. Start your day with an energising sunrise session or a more relaxing and restorative evening class during golden hour in Taghazout. The sunsets are astonishing everyday, we promise.

THE CLASSES
In the morning we will start with a more energising class, to build up the heat and happiness for the day. It will be a mix of Vinyasa – connect breath to movement – and a mix of some other yoga movement styles.

In the evening, we will slow down – after a full day of warmth of the sun and surfing - it’s time to cool down and stretch the body – it makes you ready for a good night of sleep. The evening will be more Yin / Restorative focussed.

NOVEMBER - YOGA TEACHER ANOUK

Anouk is a Dutchy who loves the beach, is stoked with surfing and is teaching yoga at beautiful places. The last years she travelled a lot for surfing and yoga, she is a beach girl and she decided to live always maximum 500 m from the beach : ) Wherever I am, whether it’s in the Netherlands - where she is based in surf village Scheveningen -  or in a tropical destination - Everyday I need to see the sand & the ocean. She will continue her beachlife journey at Hashpoint Surfcamp.

“Can’t wait to surf together with all the Hashpoint Guests! And before and after I’m happy to share my love for yoga and movement with you guys!”

Anouk is a 550 RYT yoga teacher. She did her 200 hour in Bali and her 350 hour training in Sri Lanka. She is specialised in Vinyasa, Surf Yoga and Yin / Restorative.

Why yoga for me?

Yoga brings you to your base, your core – it’s your true nature. You natural state is full of calmness and love. What is really important? And how can you get rid of certain patterns & beliefs or ways of acting that are not entirely in line with your natural nature? These were topics during my travels and it is still a nice learning path. For me it has become much clearer in recent years and I wish this to everyone, this is the reason that I love to share the love of yoga, nature and movement.
